Introduction

TOPIN nano capsular maintenance free sealed lead acid battery (NCSLA) has been developed through over ten years of research and pilot production. The development process is strictly controlled and improved by national grade scientists and research team. Nowadays the technology is mature and applied in mass production.

Market study shown NCSLA is considered as the replacement version of Germany Gel battery and become the replacement and upgrading product for current standard lead-acid batteries. NCSLA is widely used in all kinds of UPS, vehicles, electric cars, emergency system, solar power system, wind power system. NCSLA provides strongest and lowest cost support for premium precision equipments, energy storage and communication systems. It is widely distributed over the world, received recommendation and good commends by users.
 

TOPIN NCSLA Feartures

1. Reduced acidic gradient: Since the floating molecules are nano scale particles, which has excellent penetration ability. It can evenly adhesive to electrode surface, and significantly reduced acidic gradient in operation.

2. Excellent deep discharge recovery: The nano particles have 2-3 times of coefficient of expansion between absorption and release, the lead electrode have coefficient of expansion 1.4. Therefore, the compensation relationship effectively enhanced the adhesive ability of active particles.

3. Increased Cycle Life: Due to the physical characteristics of compensation relationship, the peal off of the lead particles reduced and therefore, significantly increased the life cycles of the battery. Also, less peal off of active particle will cause less “Electric Bridge” at the bottom which is another reason of short life.

4. Reduced Sulphation: Nano capsular molecules adhesive to active materials effectively reduced the rate of sulphation. This is the main characteristic which elongate the life and stand against over discharging.

5. Efficiency of Charge/Discharge: The even distribution of nano particles provided even ability of acceptance of charge, and also, formed ion exchange channels. The ion exchange channels improved ability of oxygen / hydrogen ion exchanges, which in return reduced the internal resistance of battery. The efficiency of charge/discharge is therefore enhanced.

6. Shock resistance: In case of battery working in vibration environment, especially simultaneous working at high power charge or discharge, is the main cause of the electrode plate breakdown. The nano particles are distributed amount the electrodes. Its excellent physical flexibility and mechanical strength compensated and absorbed the impact forces and reinforced the active particles.

7. High temperature endurance: Standard lead acid battery will have thermal run-away at around 55℃ high temperature. NCSLA can stand upto 65℃ high temperature and will not have thermal run-away.

 8. Low temperature ability: Standard lead acid battery will not working at -18℃~-22℃. But nano particles will not frozen at low temperature, the conduction channels still maintained in the particles. NCSLA can therefore provide 22% capacity at -40℃ environment.
